Amazon Web Services (AWS) seeks a Sr. Technical Account Manager to serve as the primary technical relationship for National Security customers.

You will own the technical trajectory of accounts, conduct architecture reviews, and drive secure, compliant cloud solutions in classified environments. Role emphasizes executive-level advisory skills, collaboration with AWS service teams, and leadership in incidents and post-mortems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical engineering experience.
• Bachelor's degree or security certifications (CASP+, CCSP, Cloud+, CSSLP).
• Internal enterprise or external customer-facing experience as a technical lead.
• Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph.
• 5+ years designing, developing, operating, and/or consulting in support of distributed applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical engagements — deep-dive architecture reviews and health assessments.
• Design secure cloud solutions for classified workloads.
• Drive proactive risk management with AWS service teams to resolve issues before production.
• Accelerate AI/ML adoption with SageMaker, Bedrock, ECS/EKS.
• Represent the customer inside AWS in service teams and roadmaps.
