Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Technical Account Manager to serve national security customers, owning the technical health of classified environments and guiding architecture decisions. You will lead engagements, perform Well-Architected reviews, and work with senior leaders to balance risk and innovation.

This role requires US Citizenship, active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, and willingness to travel 10%+.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent.
Active TS/SCI US Government Security Clearance with Poly.
Experience in DevOps

Responsibilities

Lead technical engagements by conducting architecture reviews and operational health assessments to keep customer environments resilient and mission-ready.
Partner with customers to design and implement cloud-native systems that meet security and compliance demands of classified workloads.
Identify operational gaps and surface emerging risks, working with AWS service teams to resolve issues before they reach production.
Help customers integrate AI/ML services like SageMaker and Bedrock into their existing workflows, turning new technology into practical, deployable solutions.
Advocate for your customers' technical needs across AWS service teams, escalation paths, and product roadmap discussions.
Coordinate across internal teams during incidents, driving resolution and communicating status to senior stakeholders in real time.
