Job summary

Amazon Web Services is seeking a Sr. Technical Account Manager to own the technical trajectory of national security accounts within classified environments. You will lead architecture reviews and operational health assessments, guiding secure cloud solutions and proactive risk management.

This role requires US citizenship and an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph. You will collaborate with AWS service teams and senior government partners to ensure mission-ready deployments while driving

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical engineering experience.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent (or 5+ years tech work).
• Familiarity with RAG, multi-agent orchestration, and prompt engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical engagements with National Security customers to ensure reliability.
• Design secure cloud architectures for classified workloads.
• Identify risks and drive proactive incident avoidance.
• Facilitate AI/ML and autonomous capability adoption with SageMaker, Bedrock, ECS/EKS.
• Represent customers across AWS service teams and product roadmap discussions.
