Current Lighting seeks a Senior Manager, Field Services and Service Operations to lead our nationwide service organization supporting Lighting Controls and Dual-Lite Emergency Inverter solutions. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, operations, technology, or related field.
• 8+ years of leadership experience in field service or service operations.
• Experience leading distributed teams, contractors, or third-party service organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a national field service organization supporting startup, commissioning, maintenance, warranty, repair, and training services.
• Manage internal personnel, contractors, and Authorized Service Centers across North America.
• Oversee Dual-Lite service operations, including startup services, warranty support, maintenance programs, and service partner performance.
• Administer recurring revenue programs, including Daintree DCS SaaS subscriptions, service agreements, maintenance contracts, and extended warranties.
• Serve as business owner for ConnectWise and service management processes, ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and customer visibility.
• Develop and lead training, certification, and workforce development programs for service personnel and partners.
• Drive operational excellence through performance metrics, process improvements, and customer-focused service delivery.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Product Management, Finance, Warranty, and Customer Experience teams to support customer success and business objectives.
