World Wide Land Transfer seeks a seasoned National/Regional Commercial Sales Executive to drive growth across commercial real estate platforms. This executive will originate and expand relationships with developers, investment firms, REITs, law firms, lenders, and family offices.

The ideal candidate has a strong national/regional network and a proven ability to win complex, multi-site transactions while leading strategic deal structuring and executive-level communication.

Formación

• 10+ years selling commercial title, escrow, closing, or underwriting services.
• Proven track record generating revenue across national/regional platforms.
• Experience with complex multi-site transactions across asset types.

Responsabilidades

• Originate and expand commercial relationships at national/regional level.
• Lead multi-stakeholder sales cycles with investors, attorneys, lenders and capital markets.
• Build and manage a disciplined pipeline with HubSpot CRM and forecast revenue.
• Collaborate with underwriting, legal and operations to ensure seamless execution.
