Job summary

Godot Consulting Group is seeking a National Commercial Title Coordinator to support title, escrow, and legal settlement teams across major markets. The role emphasizes thorough title review, drafting proformas, and coordinating multi-property closings with national underwriters and attorneys.

You will drive transaction workflows, manage title bills, and ensure timely closings while leveraging knowledge of ALTA/NSPS surveys and escrow processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as Commercial Real Estate Paralegal, Title Coordinator, or Title Examiner preferred.
• Experience with multi-state commercial transactions and title clearance processes.
• Familiarity with ALTA/NSPS surveys and closing workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive title reviews and examine commitments, surveys, and encumbrances to resolve clearance issues.
• Draft and issue proforma title policies and required endorsements in line with underwriting guidelines.
• Calculate and issue title bills, track recording charges, and manage multi-state invoicing.
• Coordinate pipelines from intake to post-closing, meeting critical closing dates.
• Review surveys and clearance documents and flag issues for underwriting counsel.
• Collaborate with sellers, buyers, lenders, and underwriters across regions.
