Responsibilities

• Underwrite and lead national commercial real estate transactions.
• Resolve commitment issues and ensure final policies.
• Review recordings, liens, and vesting documents to identify risks.
• Prepare pricing for commitments, reports, and policies.
• Coordinate escrow, closing, and settlement processes.
• Serve as primary contact with workshare partners and underwriters.
