Job summary

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota is seeking a dynamic leader for a hybrid role focused on National Accounts. You will oversee client retention, growth, and margin contribution while guiding account management strategy and cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Underwriting, and Operations.

Responsibilities include developing team capabilities, strengthening corporate relationships, and aligning pricing and services with market needs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive Sales experience with 3+ years of management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree; in lieu of a degree, an additional two years of relevant experience beyond the qualifications listed above may be accepted.
• Possess and maintain a valid MN Resident Producer License in the lines of Life & Health/ Accident in good standing within 60 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach sales and account management teams.
• Develop and oversee client relationships with National Accounts.
• Drive retention, growth, and margin objectives across programs and services.
