Job summary

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota is seeking a senior sales leader in Minnesota to drive client retention, growth, and margin contributions for National Accounts. You will develop segment plans, oversee reporting, and lead the account management practice across multiple functions.

The role requires 7+ years of sales with 3+ years of management, a MN Producer License in Life/Health, and a strong track record in client relationships.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive Sales experience with 3+ years of management.
• Bachelor’s degree; in lieu of a degree, an additional two years of relevant experience beyond the qualifications listed above may be accepted.
• Possess and maintain a valid MN Resident Producer License in the lines of Life & Health/ Accident in good standing within 60 days of employment.

• Lead and coach sales and account management teams.
• Develop segment business plans and oversee reporting to meet goals.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Underwriting, and Operations to align products and services with market needs.
