Job summary

HARIBO, the world’s leading gummi candy maker, seeks a Senior National Account Manager for TARGET. Based in the Minneapolis area, this remote role requires deep CPG sales expertise with TARGET and cross‑functional leadership to grow the partnership nationwide.

The candidate will forecast using data, drive profitable growth, and lead joint business planning with TARGET while coordinating with HARIBO Supply Chain, Trade Marketing, and Finance teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of strategic sales experience in the CPG industry (retail).
• 3+ years of experience with TARGET as a customer and headquarters calls at TARGET HQ.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• Prior experience managing National Accounts.
• 5+ years using customer sales and/or syndicated data tools (IRI, Circana, Nielsen, SPINS).

Responsibilities

• Own, manage, develop and execute strategies to meet sales and market share goals for HARIBO and TARGET nationwide.
• Use data to develop accurate sales forecasts and drive opportunites via fact-based selling.
• Consistently achieve sales and profitability goals.
• Visit TARGET HQ offices in Minneapolis, MN to build relationships with stakeholders.
• Conduct headquarters calls and present to key stakeholders.
• Develop and execute joint business plans with the customer and HARIBO teams.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Trade Marketing, Finance and other functions to maximize profitability.
