Job summary

AllSearch Staffing Group seeks a Strategic National Account Manager for Montclair, CA to manage and grow national retail, home improvement, and rental accounts. This is a 100% onsite role with standard business hours and occasional travel, reporting to the VP of Operations.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in Business and 3+ years in strategic national accounts, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and experience with pricing and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field required.
• 3+ years in strategic national account management or related roles.
• Experience with national retail accounts, pricing, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow national accounts across retail and distribution networks.
• Develop growth strategies across product assortment, pricing, and category management.
• Build relationships with national retailers, home improvement retailers, construction distributors, and rental companies.
• Prepare customer presentations, pricing analyses, and commercial recommendations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product development, operations, finance and marketing.
• Present account performance and opportunities to senior management.
