Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Named Account Executive to drive growth across project-based engagements and ongoing marketing services across the US and Canada. You will own the full sales cycle from discovery through close while collaborating with SDRs, strategists and leadership to win high-value business and expand existing accounts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a quota-carrying Account Executive role.
• Proven track record selling high-value solutions.
• Experience navigating multi stakeholder buying processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from discovery through close.
• Generate new business while growing existing client relationships.
• Lead consultative discovery, solution development and stakeholder alignment.
• Manage complex deals with multiple decision makers.
• Partner with SDRs to convert warm leads into opportunities.
• Deliver compelling virtual presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and support legal and procurement processes.
