Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. seeks an experienced Electrical Power Project Manager to own and drive medium-voltage power projects from order entry to final customer acceptance.

You will lead cross-functional teams across Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, and Supply Chain, ensuring on-time, within-scope, and within-budget delivery while maintaining customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will manage complex engineered-to-order projects involving medium-voltage switchgear,

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business, Operations, or related discipline.
• Equivalent industry experience will be considered.
• PMP or MBA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project execution from order entry through closeout.
• Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, Field Service, Customer Service, and Finance.
• Lead project kickoff meetings and establish clear communication channels.
• Maintain schedule fidelity and identify risks impacting delivery, cost, quality, or commitments.
• Oversee submittals, drawings, specifications, equipment schedules, testing reports, and turnover documentation.
• Coordinate FAT/SAT, startup, commissioning, and turnover activities.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through proactive issue resolution.
