Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on experience in electrical power systems.
• 5+ years in electrical power project management, engineering, construction, or maintenance.
• Experience with mission-critical electrical power distribution systems (transformers, switchgear, substations).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of electrical power projects, including transformers, switchgear, and substations.
• Serve as primary point of contact with customers, engineering, manufacturing, vendors, and field teams.
• Coordinate engineering deliverables, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, installation, and commissioning.
• Review electrical one-lines, schematics, and specs to ensure scope and technical compliance.
• Control schedules, budgets, change orders, RFIs, and risk mitigation.
