Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. seeks a Lead Electrical Power Project Coordinator to provide senior-level field and project coordination for complex mission-critical electrical power projects.

You will work with management, engineering, field services, commissioning, vendors, and clients to coordinate equipment delivery, installation, QA/QC, and turnover. The role emphasizes safety, on-schedule delivery, and adherence to project specs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of field and/or project experience in electrical construction, electrical power systems, mission-critical facilities, data centers, commissioning, or related environments.
• Journeyman or master electrical license is a plus.
• Proven experience coordinating complex electrical power projects and field activities.
• Strong understanding of electrical construction drawings, one-lines, equipment layouts, and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist Senior Project Managers with schedules, budgets, and milestones.
• Coordinate day-to-day field activities for electrical power equipment installation.
• Coordinate equipment deliveries, staging, installation, testing, and turnover.
• Identify risks, schedule impacts, and help develop mitigation strategies.
• Support QA/QC inspections and ensure compliance with drawings and specs.
• Lead cross-functional coordination with clients, vendors, and contractors.
• Ensure safety compliance and keep project documentation up to date.
