Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. seeks a Lead Electrical Power Project Coordinator to support senior management in delivering complex electrical power projects for mission-critical facilities.

You will coordinate field activities, manage schedules, budgets, QA/QC, and commissioning across cross-functional teams and with clients and vendors. The role requires strong electrical expertise, 5+ years in the field, and the ability to travel up to 80%.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of field and/or project experience in electrical construction or data centers.
• Journeyman or Master Electrician license is a plus.
• Experience coordinating complex electrical power projects and field activities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules, budgets, milestones, and progress tracking for projects.
• Coordinate day-to-day field activities for electrical power equipment installation.
• Collaborate with project management, engineering, and field teams; interface with clients and vendors.
• Coordinate equipment deliveries, staging, installation, testing, and turnover activities.
• Identify risks and coordinate mitigation strategies and corrective actions.
• Support QA/QC inspections and L1-L5 commissioning activities.
