Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. seeks an experienced Electrical Power Project Superintendent to lead complex power delivery projects spanning mission-critical and utility-scale infrastructure. You will manage from handoff through commissioning, ensuring schedule, cost control, and a strong safety culture.

The role focuses on transformers, switchgear, substations, and balance-of-plant equipment, with hands-on leadership across engineering, procurement, and field teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 5+ years of experience in electrical power project management, engineering, construction, or maintenance.
• Strong background in mission-critical electrical power distribution systems, including transformers, switchgear, and substations.
• Experience with NEC/IEEE/NEMA/ANSI standards and safety.
• Hyperscale data center or utility-scale power experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of electrical power projects, including transformers, switchgear, substations, and related equipment.
• Serve as primary point of contact for customers, engineering, manufacturing, vendors, and field teams.
• Coordinate engineering deliverables, procurement, manufacturing schedules, logistics, installation and commissioning.
• Review electrical diagrams, schematics, and construction docs for scope and compliance.
• Control schedules, budgets, change orders, RFIs and risk mitigation.
• Lead project meetings, progress reporting, and customer updates with technical credibility.
• Ensure compliance with NEC, IEEE, NEMA, ANSI and site safety requirements.
• Support FAT, SAT, and energization activities.
• Drive continuous improvement in execution processes, quality, and customer satisfaction.
