Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• 9–14 years in mutual fund or brokerage industries.
• Advanced knowledge of financial services and mutual fund operations.
• Strong client relationships, communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office; ability to craft Excel-based analyses.

Responsibilities

• Maximize client retention and expand product development and services.
• Monitor client asset levels and propose fee structure amendments.
• Conduct monthly client risk assessments for each service line.
• Recommend actions to maintain/improve service levels for USBFS clients.
• Research client products and services to identify sales opportunities.
• Coordinate interdepartmental meetings to align strategies.
• Maintain open client communication; host tours and conferences as needed.
• Review and approve invoices for USBFS and U.S. Bank, N.A.
• Prepare transfer agent audit information for SEC exams.
• Review shareholder statements, applications and tax forms.
• Manage challenging client relationships and fund structures.
• Participate in internal/ external committees and seminars.
• Develop or improve RM procedures to enhance client experience.
• Assist RMs with training and mentoring new personnel.
