Job summary

U.S. Bank seeks a Relationship Manager to maximize client retention, expand product offerings and oversee fees and audits. The role requires deep mutual fund industry knowledge and strong client communications.

The candidate will monitor assets, review tax forms and regulatory documents, and coordinate internal and external meetings to deliver premium service. A hybrid schedule is offered with in-office days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Nine to 14 years of experience in a mutual fund related or brokerage industry position.

Responsibilities

• Maximize client retention and expand product development and services.
• Monitor client asset levels and propose fee structure amendments.
• Conduct monthly client risk assessments for each service line.
• Coordinate interdepartmental meetings to facilitate open communication.
• Review and approve all business line invoices for reasonableness and accuracy.
