Responsibilities

• Monitor client asset levels and propose fee structure amendments.
• Conduct monthly client risk assessments measuring service levels for each line.
• Recommend actions to maintain and increase service levels for USBFS.
• Research client products to identify sales opportunities and coordinate meetings.
• Facilitate client tours, host conferences, and attend board meetings when needed.
• Review and approve invoices across USBFS and U.S. Bank for reasonableness.
• Prepare transfer agent audit requests for SEC Exams and review regulatory documents.
