Job description

Sr. Partner Growth Manager, Amazon Music

Job ID: 10572138 | Amazon.com Services LLC

Are you passionate about music, entertainment, and building creative partnerships that drive growth at scale? Do you excel at identifying actionable insights that translate into strategic growth initiatives? Amazon Music is seeking a Senior Partner Growth Manager to lead and execute partnership growth strategies. This role will own the end-to-end partnership marketing lifecycle — from strategy through execution — working closely with internal teams and external partners to drive new audience growth, customer acquisition, engagement, and retention for Amazon Music.

For someone to be successful in this role, they need to embody the following:

Strategic Growth Leader: They must be a senior marketing professional with deep experience in partner-focused growth marketing or partnership marketing, able to define and drive the long-term vision for their portfolio of partnerships. They set strategy in ambiguous environments, handle complex problems, and use their expertise and judgment to design scalable solutions that deliver sustained business results.

Cross-Functional Influencer: They influence across external partners, internal teams, and geographies to deliver outcomes. They build consensus across diverse functions (Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Business Development) and present strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Relationship Builder: They excel at fostering and maintaining strong relationships across all levels — from C-suite executives at partner organizations to internal stakeholders — demonstrating exceptional communication skills and the ability to earn trust and influence.

Data-Driven Decision Maker: They have a natural curiosity for analytics and metrics, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and compelling narratives that influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic decisions. They dive deep into performance data to identify trends, reduce churn, and optimize the full customer lifecycle.

Results Oriented & Operationally Excellent: They take ownership and drive initiatives from concept to completion at scale, mitigating long-term risks and making trade-offs between short and long-term needs. They model best practices, drive process improvements, and develop efficient, scalable mechanisms that ensure operational excellence and sustained growth impact.
