The ideal candidate has 5+ years in growth or partnership marketing, strong data analytics skills, and a track record of scaling programs across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns.
• Experience managing projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience aggregating and analyzing internal and external campaign metrics to assess performance drivers and identify insights.
• Experience communicating complex information to executives and non-technical leaders.
• 5+ years of growth or partnership marketing experience across relevant industries.

Responsibilities

• Execute partner marketing and growth strategies to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention for Amazon Music partners.
• Own go-to-market plans for partner launches, including planning, execution, analysis, reporting, and optimization.
• Optimize partnerships from launch through ongoing efforts to maximize offer discoverability and share of voice.
• Launch partner campaigns that deliver creative excellence and align with the Amazon Music brand.
• Analyze performance data to inform strategy and share insights with stakeholders.
