Job summary

EPAM Systems Inc is seeking a Senior Murex Front Office Consultant to join our Murex practice. You will lead Front Office business analysis, functional design, and stakeholder engagement across the Murex MX.3 platform, while providing production support expertise to ensure stability of front office processes.

You will collaborate with traders, risk managers, and business users, configure and support multiple Murex modules, and drive optimization across Front Office operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience with Murex platform.
• Strong Front Office process knowledge on Murex.
• Experience with modules: Trade Capture, Pricing & Valuation, P&L, E-Tradepad, Market Data.
• Experience across asset classes: Fixed Income, FX, Equities, Commodities, Credit, or Rates.
• Experience working with Front Office stakeholders: traders and desk users.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience supporting testing and release activities across project lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between Front Office business stakeholders and technology teams
• Gather, analyse, document, and validate business requirements for Murex MX.3 implementations and enhancements
• Conduct workshops with traders, risk managers, and business users to understand processes and identify improvement opportunities
• Configure and support Front Office functionality across modules including Trade Capture, Pricing & Valuation, P&L, E-Tradepad, Market Data
• Support testing activities including SIT, UAT, regression testing, and release validation
• Drive process optimisation and automation initiatives across Front Office operations
• Provide functional support for Front Office users across the Murex platform
• Investigate and resolve production issues relating to trade capture, valuations, market data, risk calculations, and interfaces
• Serve as a point of escalation for complex business and functional incidents
