Job summary

First Derivative is seeking a Murex Front Office Support Lead to own day-to-day operations and production support for Murex MX.3 in Switzerland. You will ensure accurate trade capture, valuation and market data processes run reliably throughout the trading day and end-of-day cycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on Murex MX.3 experience in Front Office production support.
• Strong knowledge of Front Office processes: trade capture, valuation, market data, P&L and risk.
• Experience with incident/change/problem management (ITIL or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support Murex Front Office processes (trade capture, valuation, market data, risk).
• Act as escalation point for traders and risk managers on system issues and data questions.
• Triage, investigate and resolve incidents on the platform and interfaces with upstream/downstream systems.
