Job summary

ECC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the Munitions team on designated MMRP projects across the U.S. You will plan, design, and manage characterization and remediation efforts, ensuring delivery within time and budget while meeting client expectations.

The role requires coordinating with government agencies, preparing proposals, and maintaining schedules, cost tracking, and reporting. Travel up to 25% and a relevant engineering degree are required; PE/PG/PMP are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in environmental sciences, civil or chemical engineering, or related field.
• Experience managing MMRP or environmental remediation projects.
• Familiar with CERCLA and RCRA regulatory processes and government interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct activities for designated projects to meet goals within time frame and funding parameters.
• Prepare proposals including technical approaches, logistics planning, and pricing development.
• Write and manage work plans, quality plans, feasibility studies, and progress reports.
• Determine time frames, staffing, and resource allocations for project phases.
• Oversee field work, track operations, control costs and schedule, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with government regulators and agency counterparts.
