Job summary

ECC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Munitions team. The role focuses on managing design, characterization, and remediation projects related to the Munitions Response Program (MMRP) with potential environmental and construction elements.

Travel up to 25% for site visits is required. The ideal candidate will oversee field operations, budgets, and regulatory coordination with federal agencies, while guiding multiple concurrent projects and delivering high-quality reports to clients

Qualifications

• Five+ years of successful experience managing MMRP and/or environmental remediation projects.
• Bachelor's degree in environmental sciences, civil or chemical engineering, or related field.
• Ability to travel up to 25% for pre-proposal and site visits.
• Experience managing projects with USACE, NAVFAC, or AEC.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct activities to achieve project goals within time frames and budgets.
• Prepare proposals including technical approaches, logistics, and pricing.
• Manage development of work plans, quality plans, and progress reports for management and clients.
• Monitor staffing, field operations, costs, schedules, and client needs to ensure project success.
• Coordinate with government agencies and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Create and monitor department budgets and internal controls.
• Intervene as needed to ensure project progression across stages from design to closeout.
