ECC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead designated Munitions Response Program (MMRP) projects across the U.S. The role emphasizes planning, remediation oversight, and regulatory coordination, with travel up to 25% for site visits and pre-proposal activities.

The candidate should have a PE/PG/PMP preferred, 5+ years in MMRP or environmental remediation, and experience with USACE/NAVFAC/AEC. Bachelor's degree required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in environmental sciences, civil or chemical engineering, or related field.
• Minimum five years leading MMRP or environmental remediation projects.
• Experience coordinating with USACE, NAVFAC, or AEC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct activities to meet project goals within time and budget.
• Prepare proposals including technical approaches, logistics, and pricing.
• Develop work plans, quality plans, feasibility studies, and reports for management and clients.
• Allocate resources, staffing, and funding; manage field operations and costs.
• Coordinate with government agencies and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Monitor budgets and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Lead project personnel and ensure schedule adherence and client satisfaction.
• Travel up to 25% for site visits and pre-proposal work.
