ECC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead Munitions-related environmental projects in the U.S. The role focuses on planning, design, and execution of characterization and remediation programs within time and budget constraints.

Responsibilities include preparing technical approaches, managing field operations, and coordinating with regulators and clients. A Bachelor's degree and PM experience in MMRP or environmental remediation are required; travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Understanding of CERCLA, RCRA, and related environmental regulatory processes.
• Experience with MEC investigations, characterization, remediation, and range clearance.
• Proven PM experience on MMRP or environmental remediation projects.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across design, remediation, and close-out.
• Strong reading, writing, and presentation skills for reports and management.
• Experience with cost tracking and accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct project activities to meet scope, time, and budget.
• Prepare proposals including technical approaches, logistics, and pricing.
• Develop work plans, quality plans, feasibility studies, and progress reports.
• Allocate resources and monitor schedule and costs.
• Oversee field operations, staffing, and client communications.
• Coordinate with government regulators and ensure compliance.
• Establish internal controls to minimize risk.
• Additional duties as assigned.
