ECC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the Munitions team on designated MMRP projects, planning and managing characterization and remediation efforts while coordinating with clients and regulatory agencies. The role emphasizes meeting timeframes, budgets, and safety standards across multiple projects.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in MMRP or environmental remediation, strong CERCLA/RCRA knowledge, and the ability to manage concurrent projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in environmental sciences, civil or chemical engineering.
• Five+ years of experience managing MMRP or environmental remediation projects.
• Experience with USACE/NAVFAC/AEC.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
• Strong regulatory knowledge (CERCLA, RCRA).

Responsibilities

• Plans and directs activities for designated projects to ensure goals are achieved within time frame and funding parameters.
• Involved in proposal preparations including technical approaches, logistics planning, and pricing development.
• Write/manage work plans, quality plans, feasibility studies, and progress or final reports for management and clients.
• Determine time frame, funding limitations, staffing requirements, and resource allocations.
• Oversee field work, staffing, costs, schedule, and customer satisfaction.
