Job summary

OWN, Inc. in Missouri seeks a licensed Senior Civil Engineer specializing in municipal water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure. You will lead complex utility projects from planning through construction administration, guiding municipal clients through capital funding, PERs, and grant/loan processes.

You will supervise junior staff, oversee design quality, and coordinate construction services while fostering long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from ABET program.
• Active PE license with wastewater design experience.
• 5+ years designing wastewater systems and facilities.
• Experience with AutoCAD or related software.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex municipal water, wastewater, and stormwater projects from planning through construction.
• Guide clients through capital funding, PERs, and grant/loan applications.
• Manage client relations, present updates, and coordinate with agencies.
• Mentor juniors, oversee CAD technicians, and ensure QA/QC of plans.
• Provide senior oversight during construction and review submittals.
