AtkinsRéalis USA Inc. in Orlando, FL is seeking a Senior Water Resources Engineer to lead municipal water projects. You will manage contracts with clients and sub-consultants, plan and bill projects, and oversee detailed hydrologic/hydraulic modeling and reporting.

You’ll guide junior staff and coordinate with external stakeholders to meet schedules and budgets. The role requires a Florida-registered PE with 10+ years of experience, strong writing and communication skills, and a track record in

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering (civil preferred) with Water Resources focus.
MBA or management coursework is a plus.
Registration as a Florida Professional Engineer with 10+ years of experience.
Demonstrated project management experience including budgets, schedules and deliverables.
Experience working with municipalities, water districts, and water agencies.
Strong technical writing, computer and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as senior project manager for multiple municipal water projects.
Plan, schedule, track billings and prepare progress reports.
Prepare cost estimates, man-hour estimates, budgets and schedules.
Review/guide design and drafting work by junior staff.
Coordinate with clients, sub-consultants, and stakeholders at progress meetings.
Quality control and mentorship for hydrologic/hydraulic modeling work.
