Job summary

AtkinsRéalis Group in Orlando, FL is seeking a Senior Water Resources Engineer to lead municipal projects and manage client and sub-consultant negotiations. You will plan, schedule, bill, and report on project progress, while guiding junior staff in hydrologic/hydraulic modeling and final designs.

Requires a B.S./M.S. in Civil Engineering with Water Resources, 10+ years’ experience, and a Florida PE license.

Qualifications

• B.S. or M.S. in Civil Engineering with a Water Resources specialization.
• 10+ years of experience and Florida Professional Engineer registration.
• Experience managing municipal projects, budgets and schedules.
• Strong technical writing and client/communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Project manager for multiple municipal projects and client negotiations.
• Plan, schedule, billings, and report on project progress and budgets.
• Review designs, guide junior staff on hydrologic/hydraulic modeling.
• Coordinate with clients, sub-consultants and other engineers.
• Prepare plans, design reports and modeling works for approval.
