Arcadis in Wakefield, MA is seeking a Senior Water Engineer / Project Manager to lead municipal drinking water projects, including lead service line replacement programs and distribution infrastructure improvements. • Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• 10 years of consulting experience supporting municipal water, drinking water, or water distribution projects.
• Professional Engineering license

Responsabilidades

• Lead municipal drinking water and lead service line replacement programs from planning through design and construction, including service line inventories and investigations, replacement strategies, water main and distribution system improvements, design packages, bidding, and construction-phase services.
• Manage projects from initiation through completion, with responsibility for scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, staffing, and overall client satisfaction.
• Coordinate engineering studies, calculations, plans, specifications, cost estimates, permitting documents, bid packages, and construction deliverables.
• Provide technical leadership and oversight for complex water infrastructure projects, guiding engineering teams in the development of practical, sustainable solutions that address municipal water distribution, rehabilitation, replacement, and capital improvement needs.
• Drive client and business development efforts by identifying opportunities, strengthening existing client relationships, supporting strategic pursuits, and contributing to proposals, interviews, scope and fee development, and other initiatives that support the continued growth of the municipal water practice.
