Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• 10 years of consulting experience supporting municipal water, drinking water, or water distribution projects.
• Professional Engineering license.

Responsabilités

• Lead municipal drinking water and lead service line replacement programs from planning through design and construction, including inventories, replacements, and distribution system improvements.
• Manage projects from initiation through completion with scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, staffing, and client satisfaction.
• Provide technical leadership for complex water infrastructure projects addressing distribution, rehabilitation, replacement, and capital improvements.
• Serve as trusted advisor to municipal clients, building relationships and guiding infrastructure prioritization, alternatives, and capital planning.
• Lead, mentor, and develop multidisciplinary teams with coaching and workload planning.
• Support clients in navigating drinking water requirements, funding opportunities, and stakeholder coordination.
• Drive business development by identifying opportunities and contributing to proposals and fee development.
