Arcadis seeks an experienced Senior Water Engineer / Project Manager to lead municipal drinking water programs, with emphasis on lead service line replacement and distribution infrastructure. You will oversee projects from planning through construction and serve as a trusted advisor to municipal clients.

You will guide cross-disciplinary teams, mentor engineers, grow client relationships, and help expand Arcadis' municipal water practice while balancing technical delivery, schedule, and budget

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineering license.
• 10 years of consulting experience in municipal water, drinking water, or water distribution projects.

Responsabilités

• Lead planning and execution of municipal drinking water projects, including lead service line replacement and distribution system improvements.
• Manage projects from initiation to completion, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, staffing, and client satisfaction.
• Provide technical leadership for complex water infrastructure projects and guide teams.
• Develop strong relationships with municipal clients and coordinate with utilities, regulators, and stakeholders.
• Mentor multidisciplinary project teams and plan workloads and resources.
• Support regulatory considerations, funding opportunities, and capital program planning for municipal water.
