Arcadis U.S.Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Water Engineer/Project Manager to lead municipal drinking water programs, including lead service line replacements and distribution improvements.

You will oversee projects from planning to construction, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and engaging with municipal clients. Travel up to 25% is anticipated as part of project sites and client meetings, with a focus on delivering sustainable water infrastructure solutions and capital programs for

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 10 years of consulting experience supporting municipal water, drinking water, or water distribution projects.
• Professional Engineering license.

Responsabilidades

• Lead municipal drinking water and lead service line replacement programs from planning through design and construction.
• Manage projects from initiation through completion, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, staffing and client satisfaction.
• Provide technical leadership for complex water infrastructure projects guiding teams to sustainable solutions.
• Serve as trusted advisor to municipal clients, building relationships and helping prioritize needs and capital programs.
• Lead, mentor and develop multidisciplinary project teams with workload and resource planning.
• Support clients in navigating drinking water requirements, funding opportunities and regulatory considerations.
• Drive client and business development efforts through proposals, strategies and scope/fee development.
