Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• 10 years of consulting experience supporting municipal water, drinking water, or water distribution projects.
• Professional Engineering license.

Responsibilities

• Lead municipal drinking water and lead service line replacement programs from planning through design and construction, with inventories, investigations, replacements, and related deliverables.
• Manage projects from initiation through completion, overseeing scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, staffing, and client satisfaction.
• Provide technical leadership for complex water infrastructure projects and guide teams toward practical, sustainable solutions.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to municipal clients, building relationships and helping prioritize infrastructure needs and capital programs.
• Lead, mentor, and develop multidisciplinary project teams with coaching and workload planning.
• Support clients navigating drinking water requirements, funding opportunities, and regulatory considerations.
• Drive client and business development by pursuing opportunities, strengthening relationships, and contributing to proposals and scopes.
