Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, with 10+ years of municipal engineering experience and a minimum of 7 years project management experience, predominantly in MN/ND.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of client relationships. Discuss clients' potential project opportunities, details of RFPs and contract reviews.
