Apex Engineering Group, Inc. is seeking a senior-level Municipal Sector leader in Bismarck, ND to manage client relationships and grow municipal services in MN/ND. You will guide pursuits, recruit key staff, and report on financial performance with the Municipal Sector Leader.

The role requires a civil engineering degree, PE license, and 10+ years in municipal engineering plus 7+ years in PM. Proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with 10+ years municipal engineering experience and 7+ years project management.
• Licensed engineer to practice in MN and/or ND; experience with public agencies preferred.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D or other CADD-based civil design software; proficient MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of client relationships, discuss opportunities, RFPs and contract reviews.
• Lead partnerships to win work and deliver municipal/infrastructure design and construction services.
• Mentor project engineers in contract development, profitability and risk management.
• Develop and execute revenue growth in MN/ND municipal markets.
