Qualifications

• 10+ years municipal engineering experience in MN and/or ND.
• Licensed engineer in MN and/or ND.
• Experience managing business and personnel within consulting engineering.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and discuss project opportunities.
• Establish strategic partnerships to win municipal work.
• Mentor project engineers on contract development.
