Kelsey-Seybold Clinic, part of the Optum family of businesses, is seeking a Clinic Administrator III to plan, direct and coordinate activities across the clinic to meet corporate goals and objectives.

You will coordinate directly with Managing Physicians and ensure policies across Finance, Managed Care, Quality/Risk, Marketing, Purchasing and Human Resources are properly implemented at the clinic level. This role requires strong leadership and healthcare operations knowledge.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory/management experience.
• Experience overseeing 15–30 providers across multispecialty sites and 10+ providers in a specialty care dept.
• Solid working knowledge of healthcare/clinical operations.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate directly with Managing Physicians to achieve organizational goals.
• Ensure proper implementation of policies and procedures in Finance, Managed Health Care, Quality Assurance/Risk Management, Marketing, Purchasing and Human Resources at the clinic level.
