Qualificações

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 4+ years medical office experience with patient registration, scheduling, billing and managed care.
• 1+ years of supervisory experience in a medical office.
• Proven PC literacy and 10-key entry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Lead administrative and nursing staff; supervise coordinators in clinics.
• Ensure high-quality administrative service for patients; implement standards and policies.
• Report to Clinic Administrator or Ambulatory Care Director; support multiple clinics as needed.
