Job summary
Kelsey-Seybold Clinic, part of the Optum family of businesses, is recruiting a Nurse Manager to lead department staff across outpatient clinics in the Katy/Houston area. You will drive patient care quality, staff development, regulatory compliance, and budget adherence in a multi-location setting.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or 6+ years of supervisory/management experience.
- RN from accredited nursing program.
- Active Texas license.
- ALS, BLS, PALS certifications as applicable.
- Personnel management and clinical management experience.
- 4+ years of clinical RN experience with supervisory responsibilities.
- Proficient keyboarding and basic computer skills.
- Experience using clinical equipment and supplies for patient care.
Responsibilities
- Provides leadership and direction for the clinic and strategic planning.
- Leads interdisciplinary committees and staff meetings.
- Mentors clinical staff and identifies educational opportunities.
- Supports activities at other locations as requested.
- Promotes patient care quality and safety across departments.
- Manages budget adherence and staffing patterns.
- Ensures compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation.
