Job summary

UnitedHealth Group is seeking a Clinic Administrator II for the Kelsey Seybold Clinic - River Oaks location. The role directs the operations of the clinic to achieve corporate goals and coordinates with Managing Physicians to implement policies and procedures across finance, quality/risk, marketing, purchasing and HR.

The ideal candidate has supervisory experience, a strong healthcare operations background and excellent organizational and analytical skills to lead a multispecialty site with

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or 1 to 1: substitute years of equivalent supervisory/management administrative experience.
• Master’s degree.
• 2–3 years of previous supervisory/management experience.
• Ambulatory Care Management experience.
• Strong working knowledge of healthcare/clinical operations.
• Strong organizational skills, interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Managed care background.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, develop and coordinate activities of the clinic(s) to ensure attainment of corporate goals and objectives.
• Coordinate directly with the Managing Physicians to achieve the goals of the organization. Ensures proper implementation of policies and procedures related to Finance, Managed Health Care, Quality Assurance/ Risk Management, Marketing, Purchasing and Human Resources at the clinic level.
• Through ongoing collaboration, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and service standards across the clinic network.
