Job summary

Vivmark Residential seeks a Multisite Senior Maintenance Technician to service two or more communities. You will respond to resident requests, perform plumbing, electrical, and other trades, and ensure market-ready apartments.

You will oversee maintenance programs, inspect sites, and occasionally take on Service Manager duties while maintaining a strong safety culture. Requirements include 3+ years in maintenance (HVAC/plumbing/electrical), a high school diploma, EPA/CPO where applicable, and

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years hands-on maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC.
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required if operating a vehicle.
• EPA certification required in some states.
• CPO certification required in Georgia, Florida, Los Angeles, and North Carolina.
• Must communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.
• Must be able to work any shift, including weekends, and respond to emergencies after hours.
• Use of personal smartphone is required for certain tasks with security compliance.

Responsibilities

• Promptly addresses resident service requests.
• Performs hands-on maintenance tasks, including plumbing and electrical work.
• Prepares market-ready apartments.
• Maintains grounds and common areas, and keeps them clean.
• Performs on-call emergency service as required.
• Leads in scheduled maintenance programs for assigned communities.
• Diagnoses and troubleshoots mechanical and structural problems.
• Reports maintenance concerns to the Service Manager.
• Completes regular community inspections.
• Monitors maintenance and upkeep of all equipment.
• Adheres to OSHA and safety requirements; understands housing laws.
• May assist in ordering and controlling maintenance inventory.
• When needed, assumes managerial responsibilities in absence of the Service Manager.
