Job summary

Vivmark Residential is hiring a Multisite Maintenance Technician to support maintenance across two Equity Residential apartment communities. You will respond to resident service requests, prep market-ready units, and perform varied maintenance tasks to uphold exceptional service.

The role requires hands-on maintenance experience, ability to troubleshoot plumbing/electrical/appliances/HVAC, and flexible hours including weekends.

Qualifications

• Hands-on general service maintenance experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, appliances, HVAC and interior repairs.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver’s license, good driving record, auto insurance, and reliable transportation if operating a vehicle.
• Must communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.
• Must be able to work any shift, including weekends.
• Must respond to emergencies after hours and on weekends when on-call.
• Smartphone usage and security with company systems and operations software.

Responsibilities

• Prepares all market-ready apartments.
• Responds to resident service requests and concerns in a timely manner.
• Performs various maintenance functions.
• Maintains grounds and common areas, keeping them free of trash and debris.
• Performs on-call emergency service as required.
• Performs special maintenance projects as assigned.
• Reports maintenance concerns to the Service Manager.
• Performs scheduled maintenance programs.
• Represents the Company professionally at all times.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
