Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Multisite Maintenance Technician to support maintenance across two Equity Residential apartment communities. You will handle move-in readiness, respond to resident requests, perform repairs, and maintain common areas while delivering superior customer service.

Responsibilities include on-call emergency support, routine maintenance, and adherence to housing laws and internal policies. A highway to growth within a strong, service-oriented organization awaits you.

Qualifications

• Hands-on general service maintenance experience or equivalent.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, appliances, HVAC equipment and interior repairs.
• Must have strong communication in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Prepare market-ready apartments.
• Respond to resident service requests promptly.
• Perform various maintenance tasks and routine repairs.
• Maintain grounds and common areas, keep them clean and safe.
• Occasionally on-call for emergency service.
• Complete scheduled maintenance programs.
• Follow federal/state housing laws and internal policies.
• Attend trainings and represent the company professionally.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
