Job summary

Vivmark Residential seeks a Multisite Maintenance Technician to support two or more apartment communities, delivering on resident commitments and exceptional service. You will handle move-in readiness, respond to service requests, and perform maintenance across common areas.

Strong communication and a proactive approach are required. Responsibilities include responding to emergencies, performing scheduled maintenance, and reporting issues to the Service Manager.

Qualifications

• Hands-on general service maintenance experience required.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, appliances, HVAC equipment (if applicable).
• Interior repairs and painting as needed.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests in a timely manner.
• Perform make-ready work and common area maintenance.
• Maintain grounds and keep areas clean and safe.
• Report maintenance concerns to the Service Manager and assist with training programs.
