Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Multisite Senior Maintenance Technician to service two or more communities. You will handle plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance, ensuring move-in readiness and high resident satisfaction. You may assume Service Manager duties at times and lead safety and training initiatives.

The role requires EPA and possibly CPO certifications, a valid driver’s license, and strong English communication. Overtime and overtime incentives are offered.

Qualifications

• Three years hands-on maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry and HVAC.
• EPA certification required in some states.
• CPO certification required in GA, FL, LA, NC.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and perform maintenance tasks.
• Prepare market-ready apartments and maintain grounds.
• Perform on-call emergency service as required.
• Lead community maintenance when needed and assist Service Manager.
• Attend training and represent the company professionally.
