Vivmark Residential is seeking a Multisite Senior Maintenance Technician to support multiple apartment communities. You will tackle hands-on maintenance tasks, lead on-site activities, and help ensure move-in readiness and resident satisfaction.

Qualified candidates have 3+ years in maintenance (plumbing, electrical, HVAC), a High School diploma, and a valid driver’s license. EPA and CPO certifications are valued, with on-call support and weekend work required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on maintenance in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and good driving record.
• EPA certification required in some states.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification preferred in certain markets.
• Proficient with basic computer use and clear English communication.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and respond to emergencies after hours.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests requiring technical labor.
• Perform hands-on maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry.
• Prepare market-ready apartments for occupancy.
• Maintain grounds and common areas and keep them clean and safe.
• Provide on-call emergency service as required.
• Lead maintenance projects and assist in supervising staff when needed.
• Attend training and represent the company professionally at all times.
